AfriqueU is seeking Expressions of Interest for the role of Kenya Country Director. This leadership position will anchor AfriqueU’s work in Kenya, driving partnerships with clubs, academies, and universities while shaping the athlete pipeline from grassroots to global opportunities. The Country Director will serve as AfriqueU’s primary representative in Kenya, building relationships across the basketball, education, and corporate sectors, and ensuring alignment with our broader mission of connecting Africa and America through basketball and education.

Ideal candidates will have strong networks in Kenya’s basketball and sports ecosystem, proven leadership and management skills, and a passion for youth empowerment and talent development. Experience working with USAID or the equivalent navigating corporate sponsorships and enacting international partnerships is a plus.
